We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted.  

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check.  All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags.  Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.

By Mail
On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use the complimentary return label provided to ensure proper return address and credit information and ship the item prepaid and insured.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return. 

Price Adjustments
Purchase price will be credited.   Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.


Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.

Sales tax will not be applied when you purchase a gift card. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Dejaba order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, VA and Washington, DC.

We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering.  * Excluding items shipped from vendor.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel any Dejaba order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.

How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on most Dejaba products within continental USA. This will be usually displayed on the product description page. For other products you will have an opportunity to review the final shipping cost before you checkout.
 
Transit Times: Orders with Free Shipping are delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the final destination and up to 21 days depending on customs clearance. Please note that this transit time is in addition to any processing time listed on the product page.

For orders to  Alaska & Hawaii, the shipping charges are calculated based on weight and the final destination.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS or another carrier of our choice.  Expedited shipping is available at an extra charge determined by the weight and the final destination of the product. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS or another carrier of our choice. How do I estimate the right delivery time for me?
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit time.

Order Processing Time is defined as the time it takes to process your order. While we aim to process most orders the same day if received by 2 PM EST, please estimate for processing time as mentioned on all product pages up 3-5 business days depending on order volume. For example: Ships in 1-3 business day, Ships in 3-5 business days, etc.

Transit Time is defined as the time it takes for the shipping company to deliver the package to you. Free shipping option can take anywhere from 7-10 business days, while 2 Day is two business days after the product has shipped. Next Day Air is delivered next business day after the order has been processed.
 
 
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we offer standard shipping to Canada. Your shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Unfortunately, Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, tax, and duties charged by the import department of your country. International orders do not qualify for our return policy.
 
Do you ship outside USA & Canada and how much do I pay for International Shipping?
We are able to ship products to internationally. International orders are contingent upon certain criteria since these are handled on order by order basis.
